After years in corporate HR, I watched employees thrive when they had clear roles and growth paths—while churches, despite their passion, lost volunteers to ambiguity and burnout. The disconnect hit me: We’d solved this in business. Why not in ministry?

Now, I equip churches around the New England area with the same clarity that transforms workplaces, but for a far greater purpose: Jesus’ call to ‘pray for laborers’ (Matthew 9:38). This isn’t about systems for systems’ sake. It’s about freeing leaders to focus on discipleship—and helping volunteers step into their God-given potential without friction.
